Our story
GFS Group represents not just a company, but a movement. What began as a single facility services business now employs over 200 people, services 50+ sites, and partners with respected brands across the hospitality, commercial and warehousing sectors across NSW, ACT, VIC, WA and QLD.
Today the group operates through three specialist companies — GFS Workforce, GFS Hospitality and GFS Pure — each expert in its own sector, all guided by one philosophy: RISE. Our true success lies in the loyalty we've earned, the livelihoods we've enhanced, and the trust we continue to build every single day.

Our commitments
Environmental
Transitioning to 100% biodegradable cleaning products by 2026, with localised staff deployment to reduce emissions, waste minimisation and recycling programs at client sites, and low-impact procurement.
Social
40% of our workforce represents culturally diverse and underrepresented groups. Over 1,000 hours of training delivered in FY24, with mentorship pathways and regular food, clothing and disaster-relief drives.
Governance
Full compliance with Fair Work and Safe Work policies, routine internal and third-party audits, ethical sourcing and fair contracting — and zero tolerance for exploitation or modern slavery practices.
